2.3 KYC Verification

ba345 reserves the right to verify the identity of any user (Know Your Customer) when required. If the required documents for verification are not submitted on time, withdrawals may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

3.2 Minimum Limits

New members at ba345 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Claiming this bonus requires you to wager a combined amount of the deposit and bonus 20 times (20x) before becoming eligible to withdraw.

For example: if you deposit ৳5,000 you will receive a ৳10,000 bonus. You will be able to withdraw after wagering 20 times the total ৳15,000, which equals ৳300,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• ba345 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Accounts may be investigated on suspicion of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

4.3 VIP Program

The ba345 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Tier changes are based on the user's gaming activity and loyalty. Current terms apply for cashback benefits.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Fraud, hacking, or attempting to manipulate the system using software.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Using another user's account credentials.
• Attempting to win dishonestly by exploiting technical errors on the ba345 platform.

5.2 Technical Errors

Incorrect results, balances, or payouts displayed due to a technical error or system failure will not be considered valid. ba345 reserves the right to cancel transactions and restore the correct balance in such cases.

6.1 Ownership

All content on the ba345 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, databases, and designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of ba345. No user may copy, reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ba345.

6.2 Third-Party Software

Games available on the ba345 platform use licensed software from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming. The intellectual property of these games is retained by the respective providers.
